Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes.
  3. In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
