This decadent dessert features a graham cracker crust, a layer of chocolate ganache, a creamy ice cream filling, topped with peanuts and hot fudge. Perfect for a summer treat or special occasion!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering. Pour over chocolate chips in a bowl and stir until smooth. Spread over the crust.
  3. Spread softened ice cream over the chocolate layer. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle peanuts over the top of the pie and drizzle with hot fudge sauce.
