Ingredients

  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function.
