Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower head, chopped into florets
  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup milk or cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Directions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
