Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together the butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Add the flour and mix until combined.
- Transfer the dough to a cookie press and press out 2-inch cookies onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
