Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, olive oil, melted butter, dill, garlic powder, baking powder, almond flour, and salt until well combined.
- Line a 12-cup muffin tin with non-stick paper liners.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups.
