Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, eggs, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
Using your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinara sauce and bring to a simmer.
Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite pasta.
