Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh dandelion greens, washed and dried
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip the dandelion greens into the flour mixture, coating them completely.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Carefully add the coated dandelion greens to the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Remove the fried dandelion greens from the oil and drain on paper towels.
