Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick spray.
- In a shallow dish, mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
- In a second shallow dish, beat eggs.
- In a third shallow dish, combine Panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally in the Panko crumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken breasts in the hot oil for 3-4 minutes each side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer chicken pieces to the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.
