Ingredients

  • 1 package of Chinese egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles and set aside.
