Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • Directions

      1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with butter.
      2. In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
      3. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until creamy.
      4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
      5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden brown.
      6. Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
