Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and top with the butter. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes and green beans.
