Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cherries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the celery, cherries, and cooked chicken. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the sliced almonds over the top of the salad and bake for 10 minutes, or until the almonds are golden brown and the salad is warmed through.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
