Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cherries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the celery, cherries, and cooked chicken. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until well combined.
- Spread the sliced almonds over the top of the salad and bake for 10 minutes, or until the almonds are golden brown and the salad is warmed through.
- Serve warm or cold.
