3 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans, rinsed and drained
2 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, jalapeno peppers, cumin, chili powder, oregano, ground pepper, and red pepper. Cook until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the beans, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in the chicken, sour cream, cilantro, and lime juice. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
Serve with chopped fresh cilantro, diced avocados, and/or shredded cheese.
