Ingredients
- 1 lb. asparagus, washed, trimmed, and chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- On a large baking sheet, spread out the asparagus and add the olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the walnuts and sunflower seeds over the asparagus and mix to combine.
- Sprinkle the salt, garlic powder, and black pepper over the asparagus and mix to combine.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Serve warm.
