Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 package round dumpling wrappers
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, pork, cabbage, onion, carrots, mushrooms, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Lay out a dumpling wrapper on a flat surface and place 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center. Wet the edges with a little water.
- Fold the wrapper in half to form a half-moon shape and press the edges together to seal.
- Repeat with the remaining filling and wrappers.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the dumplings in batches and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with soy sauce for dipping.
