Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Stir in melted butter until blended. Add the coconut and stir until evenly mixed.
- Spread the coconut mixture into the bottom of the prepared graham cracker crust.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Pour over the coconut layer.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the heavy whipping cream and vanilla. Beat until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the whipped cream over the cooled pie.
