Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Stir in melted butter until blended. Add the coconut and stir until evenly mixed.
  3. Spread the coconut mixture into the bottom of the prepared graham cracker crust.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Pour over the coconut layer.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
  7. In a medium bowl, mix together the heavy whipping cream and vanilla. Beat until stiff peaks form.
  8. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled pie.
