Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.

Stir in coconut and butterscotch chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown on the bottom.
Let cool on cookie sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
