Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the oats, milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well to combine.
- Add the chopped nuts, dried fruit, and nut butter (if using) and stir to combine.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as desired, adding honey or maple syrup if needed.
- Divide the mixture among 8-10 small mason jars or other airtight containers.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve cold with additional toppings, if desired.
