  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • Water for boiling spaghetti
