Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Directions

  1. Peel and halve the hard-boiled eggs, then remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.
  2. Mash the yolks with a fork until creamy.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the egg halves.
  5. Garnish with paprika.
  6. Serve chilled.
