- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons butter

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until it becomes translucent.
- Add the flour to the saucepan and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Slowly pour in the milk while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook the mixture until it thickens and becomes creamy.
