Ingredients

  • 4 cube steaks
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°F to keep the cooked steaks warm while making the gravy.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another dish, whisk together eggs and milk.
  4. Dredge each steak in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and back into the flour mixture.
