Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt

- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
Directions
