  • 3 lbs pork shoulder, boneless

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 jalapeno, sliced (optional)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to make a spice rub.
