Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup warm water

Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour and salt.
Slowly add in the warm water while stirring with a wooden spoon, until a dough forms.
On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for about 10 minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into eight equal pieces.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out each piece into a thin circle.
Brush each circle with sesame oil, and sprinkle with chopped scallions.
Roll each circle up, like a jelly roll.
Roll out each jelly roll into a thin circle again.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and cook each pancake for about 3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
Serve warm.
