Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken cubes and flour. Dip each piece of chicken in the beaten egg, then roll in the sesame seeds.
  2. Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder and ginger powder.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat. Cook for 2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
