1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the chicken cubes and flour. Dip each piece of chicken in the beaten egg, then roll in the sesame seeds.
Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder and ginger powder.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat. Cook for 2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
