Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, walnuts, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, honey, and dark brown sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm.
  5. Cut into small squares and serve.
