Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) diced red onion
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) honey
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cranberries, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice.
  3. Pour the honey-lime mixture over the cranberry mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Taste and add salt, if desired.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
