Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the mango, pineapple, yogurt, honey, ginger, cardamom, cloves, salt and pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a bowl and chill for at least 1 hour.
  4. Serve chilled.
