Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup pineapple, cubed
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- In a blender, combine the mango, pineapple, yogurt, honey, ginger, cardamom, cloves, salt and pepper.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Serve chilled.
