Ingredients
1 (12-pound) turkey, neck and giblets removed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1/4 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Rinse the turkey inside and out with cold water; pat dry with paper towels.

Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
