Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions

Add the chicken broth, shredded chicken, carrots, and celery and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the zucchini noodles and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in the parsley and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the soup warm.
