Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup fig jam
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Directions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge the chicken tenders in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
