Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup dry white wine

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper. Dip the chicken cubes in the flour mixture to coat.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
- Add the garlic and nutmeg to the pan and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the sherry, chicken broth, white wine, and cream. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste.
