In a medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Using a food processor, pulse walleye fillet until it’s shredded. Add shredded fish to the bowl and mix until everything is combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a 1/4 cup measure, scoop out walleye mixture and form into cakes. Place on the prepared baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
