- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 4 hamburger buns
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, cheddar cheese, and diced onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Spread some guacamole on each bun. Place a cooked patty on each bun and serve.
