- 1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cherries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon almond extract

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place the pie crust in a 9 inch deep dish pie plate.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cherries, berries, sugar, cornstarch, and almond extract.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Dot the top of the filling with butter.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
