Ingredients

  • 1 gluten-free crust
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork and brush with melted butter.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in the bacon, cheese, ham, and chives.
  6. Pour the mixture into the pre-baked crust.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
