Ingredients
- 1 gluten-free crust
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 large eggs

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork and brush with melted butter.
