Lemon-Blueberry Custard Pie
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
2 cups white sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Line a 9x13 inch dish with aluminum foil and lightly grease.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Stir in the sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to a full rolling boil, and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, and stir in marshmallow creme, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and pecans. Pour into the prepared dish.
Allow to cool, then cut into squares.
