Ingredients
1 lb. fresh red snapper fillet, cut into 4 pieces
8-10 grape leaves
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place grape leaves on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
Place red snapper fillets on top of the grape leaves and sprinkle with garlic, capers, and a pinch of sea salt and pepper.
Drizzle with melted butter and fold the grape leaves around the snapper.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables.
