Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh red snapper fillet, cut into 4 pieces
- 8-10 grape leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place grape leaves on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Place red snapper fillets on top of the grape leaves and sprinkle with garlic, capers, and a pinch of sea salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with melted butter and fold the grape leaves around the snapper.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables.
