Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage, onion and bell pepper until sausage is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Spread sausage mixture in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme and basil. Pour egg mixture over sausage and cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until center is set and top is golden brown.
