Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced yellow bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika and cook until the spices are fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the mixed greens, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until the greens are wilted and the bell peppers are softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve warm.
