Ingredients
1 loaf French bread, halved crosswise
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 pound thinly sliced salami
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, and pepper.
Spread half of the mixture over each half of the French bread.
Arrange the salami slices over the mayonnaise.
