Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the rhubarb, white sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Spoon the mixture into the baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, oats, and brown sugar. Sprinkle the mixture over the rhubarb in the baking dish.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown. Serve warm.
