Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rhubarb, white sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Spoon the mixture into the baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, oats, and brown sugar. Sprinkle the mixture over the rhubarb in the baking dish.
  4. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown. Serve warm.
