Strawberry Cream Pie To Die For

Ingredients

• 1 9-inch pre-made graham cracker crust
• 1 8-ounce package of softened cream cheese
• 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
• 2 cups of fresh, chopped strawberries

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
3. Spread cream cheese mixture into prepared graham cracker crust. Top with chopped strawberries.
