Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pre-made graham cracker crust

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups of fresh, chopped strawberries
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread cream cheese mixture into prepared graham cracker crust. Top with chopped strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
