Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- In a food processor, combine the dates, almonds, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and sea salt. Process until the mixture is well combined and forms a thick paste.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and roll it into balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
