  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup roasted almonds
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt


  1. In a food processor, combine the dates, almonds, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and sea salt. Process until the mixture is well combined and forms a thick paste.
  2. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and roll it into balls.
  3. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
