Ingredients
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups cooked crabmeat
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, crabmeat, eggs, half-and-half, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into the pie crust.
- Sprinkle Swiss and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until set.
