Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups cooked crabmeat
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, crabmeat, eggs, half-and-half, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Sprinkle Swiss and Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until set.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
