Ingredients
- 2 pounds Russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 pound celery root, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the potatoes and celery root and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
- Add the butter, milk, salt, and pepper and mash until smooth. Serve warm.
