Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork ribs (about 4 pounds)
- 1/4 cup of your favorite dry rub
- 1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup of molasses
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
- Rub both sides of the ribs with the dry rub and place them in a roasting pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and molasses. Pour the mixture over the ribs.
- Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil and bake for 2-3 hours until the ribs are tender.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the ribs on the grill and brush with the BBQ sauce. Grill for about 10 minutes until the ribs are browned and crispy.
- Serve the ribs with your favorite sides.
