Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut cauliflower into florets and place in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together cheese, onion, bell pepper, olive oil, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each floret with the cheese mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender.
- Serve hot.
